Chasing Sunsets

In the golden hour glow, he sets up his gear,
A tripod, a lens, and a heart full of cheer.
He chases sunsets, like a moth to a flame,
But his love life’s as barren as the desert plains.

He’s got a camera bag full of dreams,
But his social skills? Well, they’re not what they seem.
He’d rather capture clouds than chat up a girl,
And his pickup line? “Hey, wanna see my f-stop swirl?”

Oh, shutterbug, hey, shutterbug, what’s your exposure time?
You’re freezing moments, but your love life’s in decline.
ISO high, but your confidence is low,
You’re the Ansel Adams of loneliness, don’t you know?

He’s got a gallery of landscapes, framed on his wall,
Mountains, lakes, and forests—his heart’s grand hall.
But when it comes to romance, he’s out of focus,
How is his Tinder profile pic? A misty morning hocus-pocus!

Oh, shutterbug, hey, shutterbug, what’s your exposure time?
You’re freezing moments, but your love life’s in decline.
ISO high, but your confidence is low,
You’re the Ansel Adams of loneliness, don’t you know?

He’s got a lens for every season, a filter for every mood,
But when it comes to love, he’s just misunderstood.
He’ll Photoshop his flaws, crop out his fears,
But the heartache remains, like a long-exposure smear.

Oh, shutterbug, hey, shutterbug, what’s your exposure time?
You’re freezing moments, but your love life’s in decline.
ISO high, but your confidence is low,
You’re the Ansel Adams of loneliness, don’t you know?
